For my class, Canvas has been set up to automatically make deductions to late work submissions.
It takes off 10% per day that the work is late stopping at 50% as the lowest possible grade.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
You will be expected to create and submit a portfolio of college-level work to the college board - instead of taking a written exam. Your developed body of work portfolio will show a sustained investigation an inquiry that personally interest you.
The College Board will assess your portfolio using the following criteria:
Selected Works is 40% of the total score. The Selected Work section has one component: Works
Sustained Investigation will be 60% of the total score. The Sustained Investigation has two components: Iages and Written Evidence
Each submitted work will require a written responses to prompts about the work. These responses are key in guiding those evaluating your sustained investigation - a passing score will earn you college credit. Throughout the school year, students are expected to develop both their aesthetic and compositional skills as well as visual communication skills through a variety of techniques - these developments and explorations is what the College Board is looking

INTEGRITY
Your work must be your own and not someone else's AP Art is about developing your ideas and exploring your inquiry. Your story is your art and vice versa; allow your observation of youyr life be existential.
There will be no artistic palgiarism!
